Overview

Cloudbrowse processes crawl requests submitted by customers. This policy explains the data handled by the service at a product level.

Data we process

  • Account and authentication metadata needed to operate the API.
  • Crawl request data such as target URLs, request options, outputs, job status, and errors.
  • Artifacts requested by customers, such as HTML, text, screenshots, PDFs, and network metadata.
  • Operational logs used for debugging, abuse prevention, reliability, and billing.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted crawl targets and collected artifacts comply with applicable laws, site terms, and data protection obligations.

Security

API access is controlled with bearer tokens. Customers should keep credentials secret and rotate them if exposure is suspected.
